Not sure if I need a fill?

My weight has been at a stand still for months well, more like teetering back and forth, had my last fill Jan 15, DEF felt restriction. Since I quit working, April 7th, I have ZERO activity, (We are moving to AZ May 11) SO Im just so busy. Tonight I had a turkey burger, (no bun) and at about almost all of it down, (i prob should have stopped sooner) a piece got stuck. I don't know of I am not chewing enough or if Im eating too much? I was contemplating going back for one more fill before we go, bc I will be seeing a new doc out there. But after eating solid Protein and having a piece get stuck I'm just not sure.

I have been off track and I'm working my way back here but I just wanted to know what some of you thought.

I always say when you start to plateau then it is time for a fill..and your last fill was in Jan..I would give it a shot and get one..hope it helps

I think I'd vote for a fill, too. You aren't getting stuck frequently. I got stuck last week on Soup. I don't know how and I'm definitely not too tight. Sometimes, it just happens. Also, with your upcoming move, it may take you a while to find a doc in AZ. There's always so much to do with a move.

Good luck with your move. I've been to AZ a couple of times and I love it there.
