How long do you wait to take a progress pic?

So I took some before pics just before my surgery and I have not taken any since then. I am down just over 20lbs and I am 10wks out.

If you take progress pics, what do YOU go by? Weight loss goals or time? Just curious.

I took mine about 3 months in when I was down about 40lbs. You can take pictures whenever you like. It's very hard to see your progress. That is mainly why I take pictures so that I can actually see what is going on. There really is no set time on taking pictures. You do it when you feel comfortable doing it. CONGRATULATIONS on your weightloss. Your doing awesome.

I think the more often the better. I go back and look at them frequently to keep myself motivated. Interestingly, now that I am at goal it is even MORE important for me to look at pictures so I know that I really have accomplished something and don't want to go back to where I was. Sometimes pictures tell a story that a mirror doesn't!!!!
