Hi All, it's been awhile

Just checking in. While the heartbreak diet is painful and not recommended....it certainly is effective. I'm damn near my (initial) goal. For the first time ever, I'm strongly considering re-evaluating my goal.

Thanks for listening, old-timers :Banane20:

Plain, though I can't really consider myself an old timer, for the two years I've been here, I can honestly say that your not being here would be a loss.

I hope all is well with you, and the heartbreak diet will soon be over, if it isn't already. Or at least, the heartbreak. Your quick wit is a gift I would certainly miss.

Debbie.

I am currently on the heartbreak diet. My 6 year relationship has come to an end. I am finally living for me. So it's really not heartbreak, but taking care of me and what I should have been doing April 15, 2009 when I had my surgery. I feel good and back on track. Loving and planning life, MINE!!!!!
