I don't want email notifications

I already set the default thread in the subscription mode to "no email notifications" but I am still getting them. How can I stop getting them?

    I think that just turns it off for new threads. To shut it off for ones you are already subscribed to; go here: LAP-BAND

    Check the box under notification; got to the bottom of the page and select "no e-mail"

    Almost that long for me too. LOL. But it worked. Now I just have to go delete over 1000 emails!!
