Hey...just wondering if someone could help me understand what a "sweet spot" is. I have been doing tons of reading on this site...so I think I have an idea of what it is but I was hoping someone with a little more knowledge could help explain it. I am doing research on the lap band and hope to be approved by sometime this year. Thanks for any help!

The "sweet spot" is actually the "magic" fill level that allows you to feel full on less than a cup of food and will keep you satisfied for at least 4 hours. The official Lap Band site also calls this "the green zone".
