Pre op and a cold!!!!

I have my Pre op appt this afternoon and my surgery is scheduled for the 17th, next Wednesday. I have had this cold for over a week and it's just lingering, can't seem to get rid of it. Do you think they will postpone my surgery?

    The remnants of viruses can linger, but unless you are frankly ill, they will probably go ahead with the surgery. Your doctor will be able to give you a better idea of what to be concerned about when you see him/her this afternoon :scared2:
