OK so my surgery date will be Feb 24th and I have a question to all that are losing weight with the band. A really good friend of mine asked me to please not change after I get the band and start losing the weight. Change in the way I act. she is thinking It will make me "stuck up" or snobby. I doubt that I will. I think If anything Ill have more confidence in myself. Anyhow
You know when you were heavy and felt like when you walked in the room that you were just blah. you dont stand out or tried not to bring more attention to yourself then your weight already did. You know when people are staring at you and you are scanning the room feeling like your the biggest one there. What I want to know is...How is it now with the weight loss. Do you do that to others now? Look at them and think wow she/he really needs to do something about their weight? Let me know Im really curious about people who have at one point been the heavy person to now being the thinner person.
