Why did i do it????

I had my surgery in Dec 2007 lost over 100 lbs and was finally skinny. Why did I go for an unfill so that I could enjoy myself by being able toe eat again? Now it has been a good 4 months and I have been trying to lose the same 10 pounds. I am either too tight and lose the weight right away but get sick or too loose and gain the weight back? What is wrong with me? Why didn't I just leave it alone. Why did I need to be able to gorge myself with food? Will this go on for the rest of my life?

Get in contact with your surgeon immediately; get a fill and get some sort of therapy or counseling for your love of over eating. And forget about self-pity or self-loathing. It will only make matters worse. You made a small error is judgment.

Try hypnotism or acupuncture if you aren't in the mood to sit with a therapist.

The numbers are out there: 97% of people that lose 100 pounds or more, gain at least half of it back. I'm hoping the lapband can break the vicious cycle.

Yeah. What he said

Good luck! Our heads can really play games with us.
