Thanks for posting this website. I feel like Im on my way to getting in shape with training the right way with weights. The site has alot of good information.

I started doing weights this week in addition to my treadmill, and have lost 1.8 lb. since Tuesday! That's a jump start for me--the loss has been slow and steady since surgery.

As a recent poll shows this site is about 75% Women. I wanted to post a good article on Girls Getting Guns :confused:
