I have finally found a doctor that is willing to give me hormone replacement medicine. I had a hysterectomy almost 10 yrs. ago. I know one of the side effects is weight gain and this is one of the reasons I dont really want to take this medicine. But, I know I need to take it so I do.
I have only been on this medicine for a month now and I can already tell the difference it can make. I am not as moody, don't have hot flashes, and my sex life well it have actually come back to life. The bad thing is, I have gained a few pounds. I am constantly hungry since I have been on this medicine and I hate it.
Does anyone know how to counteract this one side effect? If so, please, please, please tell me.
