Getting a re-fill

I had to have all my fluid removed about 6 mo. ago due to gastritis. Thus I have enjoyed Thanksgiving and Christmas and basically been eating like someone just let out of prison. I've gained aprox. 15 pounds and they feel like 100. I'm getting my fill on Wed. and I'm alittle nervous. I can't remember what I ate before I had fluid removed and I obsously wasn't doing it right anyway or I wouldn't have ended up with such gastritis that I shut all the way down. I would appreciate any words of encouragement and food suggestions.
