I just realized...

I'm an avid fan of this website, and spend a LOT of time reading here (and posting on occasion). I'm a little over two weeks post-op and it just dawned on me...the last hour or so I've spent here today could have been spent exercising! Bye for now...I've got a Wii Fit Plus to turn on! ;)
