exited and preocupied

i am having my surgery on jan 27th. is anyone else having surgery on or around that date? i could use some support..will it work??:( how painful is it?

It will work if you make it work! The band will not do it for you, you have to bust your ass but it makes it so much easier! It is a constant reminder to behave, set limits for yourself and a constant reminder that you made a commitment to you! The surgery is different for everyone, I didn't feel well for about 5 days and i was very sore. Other people didn't have any problems at all and said they could go back to work the very same day! You can do this! BEST OF LUCK! Remember, YOU are worth the work!
