50 lbs.....

I have just reached my 2nd goal of 190. Now, I'm 50 lbs lighter!!!! This feeling brings about such excitement.

I am definitely looking forward to becoming healthier and smaller :w00t: in 2010. YEAH....Good luck to us all!!!!!!

Congrats! I love the idea of acknowledging 50 pounds lost. I am down 55. I am 50 pounds from goal and 75 from my smokin' hot goal. I had surgery 11 months ago.

Thank you!!! My current goal is 170 and now I'm 20 lbs away. It seems as though I'm losing 1 lb per week but I would like to increase that to 1.5-2 lbs. I barely eat anything now so I must need to increase my exercise routine. How much are you losing per week?

But for now I will be happy with the progress I have made.....
