  1. I am upping my exercise goal to 3.5 hours per week.Yes! Awesome! I'm going to join you. I'd like to get in 5 hours of exercise a week up from 3. So far this week I've done 3 and I'm down to 209.4!That is awesome!!! Congrats!! Today I walked 3 times for a total of over 15,000 steps and 7 miles.
  2. I'm with you. I can't hardly stand the taste of my chewable multivitamin and calcium. So, to be honest...I only take them about once per week. I know that I need to take them every day, but it's difficult when you don't like the taste. And I have trouble buying a different brand since I spent a lot of money on these.

  5. I did well the first 3 weeks after surgery and then stalled for the next 2 weeks.Did it pick up again after?Yes it has started to pick up again. I also started exercising more which helped as well.

  7. My doc says to get 60g protein a day, which I find very difficult to reach without protein shakes.
  8. My goal is 2.5 hours of exercise per week. Well, I shattered that goal and exercised over 4.5 hours this week. Yay!!

  11. Hope everyone has a Happy and Healthy New Year in 2016. May you each accomplish all of your weight loss goals!! Final weigh in: 314.6 (Wasn't as much as I wanted, but I'm happy to have lost weight through the holidays).
  12. I actually will not be continuing running these. @@vsgSarah3 offered to step up and continue them though! I'll be in contact with her today and will make sure the link to the new thread is posted here =) Previously they ran back to back and for 6-8 weeks at a time. It's up to Sarah though! Thanks so much for all you have done!! It doesn't go unnoticed!!

  15. Thanks for sharing your experience and offering up a lot of helpful information. My wife and I love to go on cruises and look forward to hopefully going on a 10-year anniversary cruise next year. Overall I think you did good, especially when most people end up 10+ pounds heavier after a cruise.

  17. Hey Steph, How often do you have these weight loss challenges? This is my first and it has been a tremendous help!!!
  18. I'm so happy for this weight loss challenge as it has helped keep me even more accountable (since my normal weigh day is Friday). Having 2 weekly weigh days has been such a blessing. Thanks so much Steph!!! Weight today is 315.8.
