my doctor let me have my fill in 2 weeks maybe your mom is right, but why are you eating pizza anyways? you know better than that. you need to learn to retrict yourself, yes its hard, if u read my posts and blogs you will know i cheated my ass off, but eventually we have to make the right choices. next time eat some meat instead, get as much protien as you can!!!!

A WEEK AFTER SURGERY I'M BACK TO EATING WHATEVER I WANTED. its extremly horrible that i love food this much . Today I realized that I dd all this because I thught it was worth it. So why the hell am I ALWAYS concerned with cheating... PRE OP.. I CHEATED..POST I KINDA CHEATED AT THE END OF THE DAY I'M HURTING NO ONE BUT MYSELF. Yes, Protein shakes are annoying and the Jello.. i will not be unhappy if i never see jello again. crystal light, and broth? ewww.. i guess we have to remember our reasons for doing it. when i'm thinking about cheating or crying.. because yes i have times where i juststart crying.. like this was stupid for doing this.. i think of those jeans or that halter top that i wanted to wear. Or going on hikes and surfing that i only dreamed of. two piece swim suits...not being JUST the girl with the pretty face...I know its hard,ugh this is THE HARDEST THING I'VE EVER DONE .. but i know its worth it. SO FROM THIS DAY ON NO MORE CHEATING!!!!!! ...SWIM SUITS, REAL SKINNY JEANS ...AND FITTED DRESSES HERE I COME....LOL I HOPE EVERYONE IS BLESSED TODAY

Don't cheat!!!! hang in there and things will be okay i promise you, i cheated and i was constipated and have gas pains i wantedto cry.I think if you just drink more shakes and whatever else u can hav you will be a okay...i had to learn the hard wy so now i'm telling you be careful..i hope everything works out for you
