I am 66.  About 4 years ago, I lost a significant amount of weight.   Due to a depression episode I put the weight, plus, back on.  I hate working out and had great deal of difficulty getting the  motivation to do what I needed to do to lose the weight again.  I knew all the correct things to do, but couldn't get there.  My internist strongly suggested I have the lapband surgery.  I found a doctor and was lucky enought to get a surgery date very soon after that.  I am happy with my progress, but would like a woman around my age, to have contact with her to support each other, and to talk about reactions to what is happening to our bodies and when the band is made tighter or loser.I also use a Bodybugg as a tool to track the progress of calories burned and calories consumed.I sincerely hope that someone will respond.  My doctor's office is a distance from my home, so their groups are not at a good time to get there, and I travel often.  (at least in the next 3 months will be)Ginny Wenner
