Well it the same here can't get all the protien in. I love the breathing exercise it hurt like heck but it work. I walk around the block today. The gas is not so bad. The med help alot. But my tummy is really swollen but I think because of the hernia I didn't know I had plus from all the gas they put in you. The nurse call me an ask how I feeling an she said all the thing are normal. So I am wondering if you dont have a bm do u take milk magnesia r do u take something else to help u:blink:

My husband is retired Airforce. I just got banded on Monday we have tricare prime an the only thing I have to pay is 12 dollars co pay for my fills. And I pay 25 dollars for my stay at the hospital . I wouldn't worry to much about when you move tricare always have somebody in your network. Now maybe if you go overseas could be diffrent. but they usualy make sure that can take care of you need before they send you. We live overseas twice Good luck!! And I think those people wanted to charged 100 a fill is full of caca

Your blog made me lol to much!!!! Wow you went thur alot during surgery. I stay the night in the hospital. Those shot in the stomach is know joke by the way I had 4. And that liquid mutivitam is so nasty. The part I enjoy the most was the barium swallow. They thought that was funny. But after only living off of cold Water and ice chip it tasted like strawberries to me. We will make thur this I think I will be on mushies next week. Then Dec 13 I go in for something I think I be on regular food Good luck to us all Mabinty

Way to go new beginnings I was banded on Monday 22 Of Nov so far so good. Just feel like I was punch in the stomach lol but it soon be better! Best of luck to you

I got my band as well yesterday!!!! Everything went well. No major gas just burping and a little sore!! Hospital stay was nice. Everyone was so nice. I did the barum swallow an everything is fine it tasted pretty good.They thought that was funny. But after only having Water and ice chip anything was good. Well I wish us all the best of luck on our new journey:)

Nope civilian! I look on the website to see who was in my network! Went to a seminar. Insurance lady said I could have the surgery in Three week if I want because tricare has no requirement other bmi over 40 if it low I think you have to have H/B pressure and some other things. I had seminar Oct 28 went to first appt Nov 10 went to pre op class Nov 15 Nov 17 went to pre op appt Nov 22 big day:) Good luck to you Tricare work fast I live in Texas I dont think that make a difference or not

Wow u r doing great!!! I be band on the 22 as well!!!! I have to do the pre- diet I am on day 4 I think I am down 2 and half pounds!!! The not eating dont bother me just really weak!!!! I think because it all low carbs!! But it be worth in the end I am counting downs the days:lol:
