  1. It will get better do not dwell on how you feel right now it is only the beginning. Trust you are going through what all of us went through . It has been one year for me and I have lost 60lbs. and i feel the best i have ever felt and you will too. Keep your head up !!!!!
  2. Everything will be fine. I fell down stairs a week after my surgery just had my first fill 8/27/10. they found my port but i got nervous because they were sending others to hospital for xray. because they could not find the port. no one said anything about that.
  3. No NO NO Its not made for that its for exiting not entering.
  4. hi I was banded 7/14/10 and still have gas. just continue to walk it will release. I did a lot of burping and releasing of gas. It takes a little time. But it will go.
  5. I got the same speech. I had to wait six weeks for my first fill. I'll have that on the 27th of this month. But the things they told me to avoid I have not touched yet. Hopefully when I have the fill they will be more imformative.:smile2:
  6. Actually I would not call it cheating. When you do cheat you will pay for it. And you wont be to quick to do it again. I really did not get a post op diet. Just got told to have some soup a few days after surgery or as I could tolerate. example same as pre surgery diet minus the food. I can eat chicken and fish have not tried any red meat thus far. I got banded 7-14-10 and my first fill is on 8-27-10. cant wait.
  7. my third week i was eating chicken and veggies
