Im super sore today but soooo worth it...I was definately not bored working out !!! LOL....we did sooo many different things !!! Cant wait til the results really start showing !!! :thumbup:

I checked with my doctor last week at my first fill and he said I could do Bootcamp !!! sooo excited but scared !!! Today is my first day...I will let you guys know how it goes !!! :thumbup:

I love greek yogurt, especially Chobani and Fage, just watch the carbs. I usually have them as a morning snack so I can burn the carbs/sugars throughout the day. :thumbup:

Has anyone tried bootcamp after gastric banding? How was it? I think im going to sign up for my first 6 week session September 20th....which is exactly 6 weeks after my surgery... :bored: soooo excited !!!!!!!! a lil scared :smile: but excited !!!! :w00t:

I was banded on 8-9-10 and I wore a cotton maxi dress and flip flops in and out of the hospital...definately recommend a comfortable and easy outfit GOOD LUCK !!!

I too believe that this is a very personal decision and not everyones business. I only told my mom, grandparents, boyfriend, and best friend. No co-workers for sure, I will definately be the topic of conversation if they find out. Plus, I do not want the negativity, only positive thoughts coming my way. Hi everyone...i am new here....my surgery date is scheduled for 8-9-10.....i am very excited !!!! I had two questions: 1. I have to choose between the Lap-Band and the Realize Band....and I still havnt made my choice....I would like the better one all around but which has a port that shows the least? I figured I would ask first hand experience... 2. How many days is the clear liquid diet? then how many days are you on the full liquid until you can go to soft foods? Any comments or suggestions are welcome !!! Thanks everyone !!! and again im super excited to start my new journey !!! :w00t::w00t:
