that was very good info, I also have had the problem with my joints, I was thinking i was getting arthrites at a very young age or something, when I go in in a week im going to have them check my vitamin levels, 45.5... thats great, when did you get banded

So I had my first fill on the 13th of july and I lost some weight the first week but now I cant seem to move a pound... is this normal?

thanks for the advice, I go in for another fill on the third of aug. so we will see what happens then. another thing i find kinda weird is when I got my fill they just told me to eat whatever, but i have done enough reserch to know that thats not right, my friend had it done a wek after me and they told her to do liquids then soft and move up from there. my place is really new at this so im not sure im getting all the info that I need.

So I was banded on the 8th of june and am now 3 weeks out and am starting to feel the hunger come back... at first I coulod barley eat anything and now I feel like I could eat too much, Im hoping that when I get my fill on next week that it is going to help with the hunger??
