I am just in the beginning of the lapband journy. I have seen the Dr. Went to seminar and saw the dietitian. Had the Psycological Evaluation. Now I have to keep a exercise journel for 3 months.I have been to support group and was very pleased at the people willing ness to help you.I really think I am a stress eater and could use all the help i can get. I am not good with the computor but i am trying to learn tis program.I am looking forward to hearing from other bandsters and thier sucess.
