My Plan Of Attack For Post-Op Food Cravings.
Failing to plan = planning to fail, am I right?!

Coffee .... Back To That Again
I think half and half is fine in moderation. I definitely wouldn't be drinking 5 cups of coffee with half-and-half every day, though, but if you are only drinking 1 or 2 cups, it's not that bad. Just watch how much you are pouring in - maybe use a 1/8 or 1/4 measuring cup.

What Can I Expect About Scarinf?
They are going to be red or dark - depending on your skin tone - for the first few months, and then they'll fade. The only scar that's still visible to the untrained eye is the drain scar, but that's gotten a lot less noticeable over time. Here's a pic of my stomach from just a few weeks ago - try finding 5 scars! http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/gallery/image/7423-frontpose/

How Often R U Working Out?
6 days a week now cuz I'm training for a 5K on top of my regular routine. Otherwise, it's usually 5. I usually go pretty hard, so my workouts are rarely over 30 minutes.

Afraid With Low Bmi
Honestly, even if you did drop below your ideal weight, you will be able to get back up once your stomach stretches out a bit. I dropped to 136, which for my frame was quite low - my bones were sticking out of everywhere, and it even hurt to sit because my butt was so bony - but then I started eating more and putting on some muscle mass and things have reshaped quite nicely at 140-142 lbs.

Thoughts? Opinions?
It's not perfect, but it looks sustainable and free of junk, which is what's important in the long run. Sure, you SHOULD'VE had like 20 egg whites, a grilled chicken breast, and 5 leaves of lettuce instead, but who actually does that day after day.

Fast Food After Surgery!
Oh, and if I'm in a bind and not specifically going to a fast food place for a planned treat, I usually go for some sort of grilled chicken burger and just lose the top half of the bun, then toss it before it's finished.

Fast Food After Surgery!
Egg drop soup and sweet'n'sour soup are decent options at Chinese restaurants.

Breastfeeding And The Sleeve
I wouldn't plan on it. You'll be subsisting on a very small amount of calories, which is very taxing on your body and does not really provide enough nourishment for your own body to keep going, let alone produce milk for someone else. I don't know if your supply is going to run low, but if it somehow doesn't, it'll be at the cost of your own health, so it's not worth it. He's old enough that being weaned is not unexpected, anyway.

Massive Migraine After Hard Wourkout
I don't have any advice for you, but yes, this is a common migraine trigger.

After How Long Can I Start Weight Training
I also started with light weights after 6 weeks. I lifted before surgery, though, so my light weights might be considered heavy for someone who's never lifted. I think I started at 50-60% of what I'd lift before surgery. I avoided any weighted ab exercises - I like to do crunches on a decline bench with a weight plate on my chest, and I stayed away from those til 3 months. After about 10 weeks, I was doing bootcamps, so it was a free-for-all.

How Do You Get In Your Protein?
That's normal early out, don't worry about it. As you get further out, it becomes easier and easier. I've upped my intake lately since I'm working out a lot more, and I average 120-140 grams a day, going up as high as 160. Good sources of Protein that go down easily include milk and Greek yogurt. To give you an example, yesterday's protein intake for me came from: 2 lattes (~25 grams) 1 Oikos lime yogurt (8 grams) 1/2 scoop protein in my milk-based oatmeal with Peanut Butter (~20 g total) sushi/sashimi (20-30 grams) 1 scoop protein in a milk-based protein shake (~30-35) 5 shrimp (~10 g) Ended up being in the 120s. I ate other things, but they weren't really protein sources, so I'm not listing them.

Wow, you are so pretty!

Cellulite And Weight Loss
Had it before, still have it - the total area where I have is much smaller, though. Used to be pretty much all over my behind from mid-buttock to the back of the knees, whereas now it's just on the bottom of the bum only.

What's Your Favorite Work Out?
I do Crossfit. It's a mix of everything and is generally high intensity rather than endurance-based. I am also training for a 5K - I've run a few in the past - doing the Couch-to-5K program. I wouldn't say I love it, but it helps me with Crossfit, since we do a fair amount or shorter runs (1-2 miles).

LOL!!! I bet he loved hearing that!

Eatting Again
I can eat almost 2 slices of pizza if it's thin crust. 1 if it's thick. A whole cheeseburger from McD's; half a Big Mac.One open-faced sandwich (e.g. salami or peanut butter).

Pre Vs Post Op Portion Sizes

Quinoa, Good Carbs Yes But ...
Oh yum, I'll try adding feta next time I make this!

No Concept Of My Size...
I occasionally have the same problem. Sometimes I'm trying to squeeze between furniture and thinking "No way I can fit between this chair and the wall," then next thing you know, I don't even touch said chair or wall! Or when my sweaty arse leaves an imprint on the mat at the gym - I can't believe how tiny it looks!

Gained 10 Lbs This Week
That's impossible, it's a lot more likely that your scale is broken. Even with water weight, that's very hard to believe. I've definitely done the whole "week of debauchery" thing before where all I do is booze and eat out with dessert daily and still the most I ever gained was like 2 lbs in 1 week.

Serious Debate On Post-Op Dieting
I totally agree with you! I work out with a bunch of crazy people and a lot of them are doing that Paleo stuff where you can't have any grains or dairy - and of course, no sugar or processed foods at all. Not a week goes by where a Facebook post of theirs about how "incredibly delicious" their meal of a hunk of pork, lettuce leaf and 5 raisins was is NOT followed by another post about how they "ugh ate an entire carton of ice cream, feeling awful about myself." Then they all ask how come I'm so much leaner than them when I post pictures of chocolate cake I ate. I just say that I only eat 1/4 of a slice - which is true! That "all or nothing" trap is the worst one to fall into, honestly. And trust me, I've been there!

Couch To 5-K
- Couch To 5-K
5-3 today! I really started feeling it after 15 mins! Finally, at 16:30, I was like, "there is NO WAY I can sustain another 3:30 of this!!!" so I slowed down and walked for 30 seconds. I felt SO much better after that short break! The remaining 3 minutes were....well, I wouldn't say "a breeze," but much more bearable! I actually did much better than I thought I would, I expected to have to stop after like 10 mins. Thankfully, the next few runs are intervals again! - Couch To 5-K
