I'll be brief because frankly, I don't like to be the center of attention :)
I've been a big guy most of my life. Lost 60 pounds 12 years ago -- put it back on in a year. Lost 100 pounds 5 years ago, and put it all back in something like 6 months. Obesity has run in my family several generations. I want this to improve my health. Sure, looking better is a bonus, but looks change, health doesn't :)
