  1. I am so glad I am not the only one that doesnt feel hungry. I am bad at not eating though. I was never a breakfast person and now unless I drink protein in the morning I will forget to eat until the afternoon. I really dont know what to eat so sometimes I dont eat. I know thats not good. Anyone else have a hard time with chicken and steam veggies?? I digest them really hard. I get frustrated because I can eat fattening foods easier than healthy foods.
  2. I am 5.6cc and doing ok. I was banded in May 2010. I dont really feel restrictions but I dont feel hungry very often. I am going in next week for another fill. I will feel real restricted for about 2 weeks then not so much till the next fill . I need to exercise more. I dont understand why bad foods go down easier than the healthy foods. I get chicken and turkey stuck but I can eat creamy soups or mashed potatoes easy. Im with all of you its frustrating. Good luck to you all. Hopefully 2011 will bring all of us luck

I like Isobolic (chocolate) Made by Nutrabolics. I buy it at DS Nutrition. I mix it with milk and drink it for breakfast. Before I had surgery I like a brand called Nectar (strawberry). I have gone through a lot of proteins. I finally found one that I will drink. Good Luck:thumbup:

  11. Hi! Marissa1k, I was banded May 17th 2010. I also had weird cravings in the beginning. I craved chocolate milkshakes. I never really ate them before my surgery. I understand the cravings luckily now I do not have as many cravings, now that I can eat regular food. My lastest addiction was cottage cheese I have calmed down a little on that. I finally found a Protein that I like. I also have been eating low carb Protein Bars if I am out running an errand. Im usually not hungry but then the next minute I am starving. Good luck Shawna:thumbup:
