I have been overweight since I can remember. I have always been very conscious about how I looked. I have tried every diet known to man with no long term success. I have high blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and pre-diabetic. I need to succeed in order to be healthy for me and my family. I am ready to change my life.
