  1. Hey I was banded on 11-18-10. I could not stand the taste of the protein shakes so I bought me some sugar free pudding mix and would mix it in with the protein shake. It made it thicker, which helped me to stomach it, and gave it a better flavor. Unfortunately, I have a large hematoma on my port site and I am unable to get a fill.I havent been losing much weight the last few weeks but have not gained any either. Hoping and praying I will be able to get a fill on 1-12-11. But dont think so cause the knot is still there on my port.

I had surgery on 11-18-10. I can eat anything and everything. Went to get my first fill on 12-13-10 and was told I had a large hematoma on my port site and that I could not get filled. I go back to the doctor on 1-12-11. I just hope and pray I havent stretched out my pouch since I eat so much still. I am as of now so disapointed. Wish I would have just had gastric bypass.
  3. I have developed a hematoma at my port site. I had surgery on 11-18-10 and went in for my first fill on 12-13-10. I was unable to get a fill due to the hematoma. I go back on 01-12-11 to see if he can fill it then. Has any one else had this problem and did it resolve itself or was there more problems? Also I have stopped losing weight. I lost 13 pounds total since surgery, mostly in the first 2 weeks. I really need a fill!
