I was banded on November 5th I have lost 40 pounds. Its a process but Im learning to listen to my band and also change my eating habits for good. I have my good and bad days but with the grace of God I know I can get through this 50 more pounds to go.

Wow thats a lot of money out of pocket. I only had to pay 1500 which was for the hospital and that was billed to me. Thank GOD

I have run into a road block i need some encouragement. This week has been a bad one I have gooten off track with my eatinf any suggestions and have anyone had this happen to them?

Well I lost 2 pounds so far lets see how this goes. My next fill is scheduled for January the 12th.

I hope everything works out for you just take It one day at a time.

That happenens to me also. I was told to listen to my body that i have been trying to do. I have not weighed myself because Im afraid I have gained weight.

Hello everyone well im at a stand still and am able to eat anything have not lost a pound since i was banded. I get my first fill on Dec13 hope this gives me a boost.anybod experienced this?

Ok guys I went to the Dr. today and all is well> I get my first fill on Dec 15th soooo happy.:bored:
