  6. well , im completely stocked up with protein shakes. i did a extra week of the protein shakes. I do have chicken and a veggie for dinner though. Starting tuesday im on all liquid for two weeks. Best of luck to you all !!!! Jennifer
  7. My office called me the same day i was approved ...they pester the insurance too lol. i was scheduled within a month.
  8. isopure dutch chocolate powder at GNC is yummy and 50 grams of protein with two scoops . add water and i add two packets of splenda . its good and im not hungry pre-op on it.
  9. I think you should send in those weights you found with a appeal letter. people on here may have some samples. If not the insurance commissioner for your state can help. Jennifer
  10. mine is on the 16th and my surgeon apparently requires a 10 lb weight loss which ive been on a almost liquid diet . I have lost the few lbs i gained not dieting and .2 ounces only of the weight they want lost. Looks like ill be on all liquid starting tuesday.

  15. i started my pre -op a week early to make sure i lose something before the surgery. I think they want 10 lbs. ive allready in 3 days lost what i gained but still have the 10 lbs....blahhhh. August 17th hurry up!!!! best of luck to you all!!! Jennifer

  21. With a bmi of 39 , your insurance, will require (most likely ) a co-morbitidy or 2 . Check with your insurance, or bump yourself to 40 bmi.
  22. ok so i went to a pre-op appt with a cardiologist. ( Just a background...my heart is super healthy and so is my Ekg). He said i looked really healthy then said ok stress test for you. My surgeon does not require a stress test, im a little annoyed i need to do one . Has anyone done one and can you elaborate? Jennifer
