  1. I was banded on May 22nd and am down 45 pounds. I just got my 4th fill this morning and am up to 6 ccs in a 10 cc band. finally feeling restriction. Continued luck to everyone!
  2. I have been having a similar issue. It feels so weird not understanding what your body is trying to tell you. I have been getting pangs and I am not sure if its becuase I'm full or hungry. All I know is the feeling doesn't make me want to eat or drink anything.
  3. I'm on day 6 of my pre-op diet and it’s really not as bad as I thought it would be. My biggest issues is that I don't really have a sweet tooth, so it has been “different” essentially drinking chocolate milk all the time, but my dr. allows a small amount of certain plain vegetables which helps a little. I also found a shake I like (Carnation Instant Breakfast – sugar free Ready to Drink) which helps. I agree with BestyB about checking in on the exact requiredments cuz its different evereywhere. My doc also allows a little bit of low sodium broth which has helped a little at night. I really have just kept myself busy and stayed away from restaurants and people eating as much as I can (although at work is can't be avoided).
  4. Just got my date this morning, 5/22! Can't believe its real. Start my liquid diet this weekend, but going out for one last steak dinner before.
