Sotex...On Day 3 of my 2weeks pre-opt diet I was very weak and no desire to exercise. 15-17grams of protein in the pre made drinks 2 a day. Nutrionist say to add a boil egg. I also added 1oz of beef jerky during the day. SHe say the ideal is not to snack in between meals.

Hi Shelly, What are you eating on this Cinco de Mayo holiday? Downtown TR quoted price is 12,900 outpatient and 1yr fills. Today make 7days on pre-opt diet. Feeling weak and no energy after 1-2 hrs after protein shake.

Thanks Shelly, I went to the seminar at True Results with Dr. Hollis. The downtown location is closer to me than the Woodlands area. Currently on day 6 pre-op diet.

Dr. Hollis from True Results located in the Houston,Tx area referred this great site to me and It has truly been a great help. I completed the seminar, meet with nurse practioner, and tomorrow I will start the 2weeks pre-op diet. I'm a bit nervous on how my body will re-act to the 2x a day protein shake, 1cup green veggies and 1cup fruit. I spent alot of money already at the grocery store and Walmart. In the end, I will have true results, a healthier and committed lifestyle change!!!! Pray for my strength and guidance as I take one day at a time.:scared2::smile:

Lisagus...Feels good to know I'm not along!!! Thank you so much and best of luck to you as well. I'm thinking maybe I'm not getting enough proteins and I know my body is in shock. The wl so far is good being that its only been 4days. Will have to call the nutrionist on Monday.

Reverie...I'm on day 4 pre-opt and has lost 7.5 lbs...I'm having 2nd thoughts and also saying maybe I can do this on my own. Continue with the high proteins and low/no carbs. I'm so use to chewing on something LOL Mother's Day is coming and the family wants to go out for a bunch....I'm so confussed!!!

Pk3207...no meats during your 2-weeks? Wow!!! I'm allowed to eat beef and a porkchop in which I'm not a fan of. I will be adding s.f popscicles and s.f jello. The EAS protein drink are good and fills me up. What protein drink or powder do you use?

Allie..be encourage!! this is the right place to be if in any doubt. Your young so now is the right time to take your life back. What protein shakes have you found to satify the hunger? Tomorrow will be my 1st day on this lifestyle change journey
