I was banded in Oct 2006., I am doing great with loosing weigh and all but lately I have been noticing that when I lay down I have this weird gurgling that is where my band is , what is that ?:help:

Long time not writing in this forum ; how is everyone doing? Banded oct 25 ,2006 ,,3 fills so far around 3cc in a 10 cc band. My diet is weird can't really eat a lot and having problems with food choices, lost 37 pounds so far ,is that good? good luck to all.

Me too ,this happens all the time for me, I am so upset when I don't loose weight , so when I see a weight gain like 3-4 pounds overnight this freaks me out, bit on the other hand it makes me be extra good that day or week...

Hello I have been banded since Oct 25 th lost 25 pounds so far, I am trying so hard not a pound drop:confused: had 2 fills 4cc total with 10 cc band :help: :help: what should I do ? Should I do like Yavanne and do Atkins? Nellie

Good Morning , I just wanted to write a few thoughts, I had my second fill and I am not totally satisfied with my results, I have lost only 27 pounds since the surgery OCT 25th , I am not sure what to eat, I know more protein is best but I hate meat ,so I think It will be a challenge to find the sweet spot...

Very true, I can eat bread, rice , ect.. but have a tough time eating meat etc..

Just wondering what you guys are eating? Banded in Oct had 1 (2cc) fill, no restriction . I am loosing 1 pound 1 day gaining 1 pound the next day up down up down for weeks now :help:
