I have been overweight for much of my life with a significant weight gain after the birth of my first child which coincided with a back injury restricting me in participating in sporting activities that I had previously enjoyed. Hitting 150kg was a shock.. so after researching I decided on la.p band surgery as being the least invasive procedure. My journey back to health now begins
