  1. Hello everyone. I was banded April 15. Currently I have had two fills, with my last one being 7/19. So far I have lost 52 pounds. The progress is moving along slowly but I'm making progress. I definitely exercise everyday for one hour. Still haven't reach good restriction yet, however I trying to make the best of my band until I reach my sweet spot.:blushing:

    I also was banded on the same day, and you're right the shoulder pains are pretty bad, however I found Tums and walking to help alleviate the symptoms. Time will heal all wounds. Hang in there!
