Hi Everyone! I'm so excited to find this website and looking forward to all the great advise. I am 41 and at my heaviest. I realized after a lot of soul searching, in additon to yo-yo dieting and new medical problems that have arise do to my weight gain, that Lap Band was my best alternative.
