  1. yeah, a lot of things get real old real quick on the net...

  3. little bit of catsup, ice cold beer ... mmm mmm good.
  4. yup... <3 frogs too ... taste just like chicken ... YUMMIE!!!!
  5. ok susan, where all do you get your coupons though? all i get are the ones in the Sunday paper...
  6. susan, that sucks about Fay ... i'll keep you in my thoughts.
  7. yes siree bob... hump day it is... woooo hooo ... at least i have a reason to pop that ice cold diet cherry coke now ...
  8. just posting to say happy hump day everyone!
  9. my fill got tight about 6-7 weeks and i went in for a slight unfill (1/2). starting about 11-12 weeks, i started getting loose again and went in and had a few cc's put back in. good luck
  10. according to YOUR surgeon ... but that's fine... think what you want
  11. ok ... so that means that HALF the surgeons say OK... IMO just because your surgeon said no (and others) doesnt really give you the right to call someone stupid.
  12. Heather, i do the same thing ... even in restaurants ... i order a meal the "old me" would eat ... then i end up eating it all week as left overs..
  13. but Froggi, every surgeon is different. just because YOUR surgeon says no, doesnt mean everyone's surgeon says no...
  14. my surgeon said soda is fine, but EVERY SURGEON IS DIFFERENT. ask YOUR surgeon, if you are wondering... just because one surgeon says yes or says no doesnt mean that YOUR surgeon will. edited to add since i've been banded (almost 2 years ago) i've had maybe 4-5 sodas ... and it was at most half a can. i used to be a diet cherry cokaholic ... (2-3 20 oz bottles a day).. it just doesnt taste right anymore...
  15. i just joined too ... i figure why not for a buck?
  16. actually, throwing it up should be an absolute last resort... if you do it too much, you are at risk for losing your band due to slip. best advice i can give is take small bites, chew until you cannot chew anymore and eat very slowly. put your fork down between bites, count to 20, whatever works for you. best of luck to you!
  17. if you are having problems keeping just liquids down, i'm wondering why you have to wait for an unfill? does the doctor think you have slipped? when this happens, i suggest an immediate slight unfill to see if that helps.
  18. me too. should be interesting.
  19. from a fellow-'multi-tester' congratulations!!!
  20. dang BBK, so sorry to hear that... i cant believe they didnt order the new port!!!!
  21. you are correct ... i was on the road and i didnt have the original point of reference...
  22. I'm on my mobile, so I couldn't quote Froggi's now deleted post stating that the masturbation thread was deleted so the other forums should be deleted too...
  23. if you can find where the other forums are over the top inappropriate, then report them to be reviewed by the Moderators.
  24. i am going to say yes... 2 reasons ... 1 Alex - you know - the board owner - has already created them. 2 its nice to have a place where people who are having other WLS come to a (relatively) calm and supportive environment. LBT rarely has many 'flare-ups' and that's only when people post specifically to cause it. not that anyone on here would actually do that... :wink2:
