  1. Thanks All for the advise, now I have another question, how do you add the ticker to your profile?
  2. Hi Everyone, I hear about how good it is to keep track of how much you eat. I need some idea of where to do this. Does Lap Band have a Food Tracker??
  3. Hi Cynthia, I have been going through the same thing . My weight lose has slowed considerably. I was banded Feb 10th 2010 and have since lost 19 lbs. My first fill was April 1st and have not noticed much more restriction. I guess it takes a few fills to get to that "sweet spot". Our weight lose will happen, it just takes time and determination!!! Linda
  4. Hi Sue, Nice to see another Long Islander posting. I have lost 19 lbs since my Feb 10th surgery, (27 lbs total). I'm happy I am on this journey. Be glad to answer any questions. Good luck to you!:bored: Linda
