I had my surgery yesterday. Everything went well. I slept a lot after I got to my room. The ride home took about 2 hours and I think the movement of the car caused a little pain, so I took some pain meds and went to sleep for 4 hours when I got home. Things are looking up. I'm looking forward to my new life.

The pre-diet for me was good. I was very excited to get going and determined not to let it bother me. My only concern now, is I am getting a cold and I'm hoping they won't delay the surgery. I'll find out tomorrow morning. I'll keep you posted on the results.

My surgery is scheduled for tomorrow, Jan 28th. I've very excited, but concerned because I have come down with a cold today :thumbup: I hope this doesn't delay my surgery. I have read posts where some surgeries have been delayed and others haven't. Wish me luck!

Congratulations on the approval! I have BCBS in Indiana and they approved me within 3 days. My surgery is schedule for tomorrow and I'm excited! Good luck to you!:thumbup:

My surgery is scheduled for tomorrow and I feel a cold coming on. Does anyone know if this will have any effect on my surgery being performed? I have not taken any cold medicine.
