  1. My physician required a 250.00 first time appt fee for every insurance except for BS which thankfully I have. But the also have a program fee that they charge to all patient of 3500.00 to covered unlimited visits to the nutritionalist, unlimited fills if insurance only allows so many, support groups. A little excessive but the only other place to have it done is 2 hours away and I would have to travel for fills and everything.
  2. I live in Chico, California and the only doctor's here that do the surgery charge a 3500.00 maintenance fee.(not covered by insurance):w00t: I don't know what all that includes but I will know more on the 3rd of Feb at my first appointment. I just keep telling myself no pain no gain even if it is the pocket book in the beginning.
  3. I haven't been banded yet but my husband does a lot of protein shakes. Depending on the sugar you can have muscle milk protein shake is good. Sugar content is a little high. The next best choice is call isopure its one of the best tasting out there is a huge amount of protein.
