  1. I found out today my band slipped and Im scared. I am having it replaced on May 18 by the same doctor. I've lost 92lbs since April 2, 2009.
  2. I have not told anyone at my office and I'm happy I didn't. They would just think it was a quick fix and not realize how hard it is somedays. I'd rather not have them look at me everytime I eat something and give their opinions. I am very successful and when they ask me I tell them I am doing Weight Watchers and excerising, and it shuts them up. I'm very happy that they don't know because this isn't a quick fix, I work at it everyday and some days are much harder then others. Good Luck, but I would just keep it your business to your family and personal friends. PS: I've lost 60lbs and dropped from size 22 to now size 14. I have it done April 2, 2009.
  3. You have made my day, the one thing I miss so much is PIZZA and I haven't had it since April 2009. Thank you so much for putting your thinking cap on and coming up this receipe.
  4. Happy New Years You sound like you are on the right track. I had it done April 2, 2009 and lost 65lbs, but my problem is just like yours "eating fast" and "chewing". It has caused mucus that clogs up the causes me to vomit just muscus. It is upsetting me and that is why I joined this talk forum to maybe learn what I am doing right and wrong. My brain is still hungry but my body really doesn't care, so when I start eating I'm so happy that I forget to slow down. This weekend was terrible, I'm back on just broth for a day or so to calm things down. It is amazing how little the body needs in a course of a day! Good luck and I'm glad I joined this forum.
