  1. I read this and felt like crying, because I undertand...you make great desicions all week and then something like this happens. It's happened to me before and sometimes it becomes a slippery slope because you've already messed up so what's the big deal with a little something esle. I'll start over again tomorrow, I say to myself. It's a daily struggle to do the right thing everyday. You've done an awesome job...don't worry about that day...but don't forget how you felt afterwards. Stay focused you're so close. Thanks for letting us know that we don't have to beat ourselves up for little mistakes...just move on...
  2. What's up everyone? This is my first blog enrty and well what can I say...This is hard. I had the surgery 11/30/10 and am down 21 lbs. I feel I should be further along though. I had 3 fills already...the last one was about 3 weeks ago and I can certainly feel the difference from the prior 2 adjustments which I think did nothing. I was so disapponted in myself because I am expecting results and so is my family. You know. I have an appointment with my doctor in about 2 weeks and I better have lost some weight because I have seriously curbed my eating. No, I'm not starving myself, far from it. Just making better choices. I haven't pulled into a McD's in months. No fast food for me...not even for lunch just fat free soups and lean cuisines. I'm drinking sugar free drinks, cut out the soda, beef, and rice. That was tough...I love beef...I would be perfectly happy biting off a piece a cows ass...LOL. Just kidding, or am I. Anyway. I am gonna be writing more frequently. I need some accountability, and that's gonna be you guys...Wish me luck and I am wishing you guys luck in return. :wink2:

August and October Pictures...I weighed 238lbs. I want these pictures to help document my progress. I had the banding done November 30th 2009. Let's get it started!
  5. I am scheduled for my first filling on the 22nd, and I am nervous but I can't wait. Stay positive. It will get better.
