I had lost weight before at LA Weight-Loss and slowly it came back on. So I visited some other weight-loss doctors, weight went up and down. I finally made the decision that I wanted to live past the age of 65 (my grandmother and mother died in their early sixties), and since that I am already taking high blood pressure pills, I didn't want to add anymore pills to my list. My friends said I didn't need the surgery but I had to explain to them that I was tired of the up and down and it was getting expensive to pay all of the different weight loss doctors. They just had no idea of the aches and pains that I was having at age 35. I wanted to do this and my new goal is to be a smaller version of myself and live past 65, if God's will.
