  1. Adding sugar free butterscotch to protein shakes are very good too! Or sf banana too! I make mine with 1/2 cup light soy milk (was told easier on stomach than milk) & 1/2 cup ice.

  3. Yes you are an inspiration! I too am 5'4, banded 8/25, day of surgery 259 and now 223. My goal is at least 150. Everything you have said is absolutely true. It is work and commitment (and willpower I think!)

    That is great! 43lbs. I'm 2 1/2 months out and about 37lbs down. I have not had a fill yet but I remember being told 2 days after fill liquids and 2 days after that soft foods and gradualy into solids.
