Hi I can understand what you are saying. I am three years out this July and have never set a goal for my self. Reading your mess.made me realize its time for me to start to fine tune this gift that i was lucky enough to get. So today i will stop taking for granted my band and start doing my part again. Thank you! I know 25 more pounds would be great for me, and you would think that after loosing 86lb it would be easy but for some reason it feels like it actually got harder. So today I will step back and reassess. Hope you continue to do well and that i can get back on the right track.
  2. Thank you I've been starting to get down and starting to get on myself. I was also starting to get scared about going in for a visit with my Dr. But your right and that got me feeling a little better so I'm nervous but looking forward to the visit and tomorrow starts a new day.....Looking forward to losing again!!!!!
