Hey everyone! I've had a crzy summer and I haven't logged on to LBT in a long, long time. I was out of town for Dr. Hansen's last support roup meeting and I can't go tonight for July. Is anyone else going? How is everyone doing? Is it hot enough for you??

Hi everyone!! June has been such a crazy month for me I haven't been able to log in at all! You are doing great and I missed you. I'm doing pretty good...just need to stop eating so much sugar. It's so hard for me! I have a really good level of restriction right now so I hope to losing some more weight in July. I've only lost about 2 pounds this month. I hope you're all doing well! :eek:

Wow everyone is doing great!! I just wanted to stop by and say hello. Work has been really busy for me lately so I haven't logged on as much. mrdowntown...I don't know of any liquid or gel vitamins that taste good. :confused: I'm bad and I don't actually take a multi-vitamin. I know, I should. Can you guys believe it's June already??

How is everyone doing?? I gained 4 pounds this weekend...not sure where that all came from. I did get a fill today so hopefully that will help. I was not amused with a gain! Good luck on your walk this weekend Sonia!!

I love a challenge! I would like to lose 13 pounds by July 4...that would put me 168, which is 50 pounds gone. July 4 is about 7 weeks away. I think we should set the goal for 10 or 15 pounds. What does everyone else think?

I'm glad your surgery went well Shirley!! How is everyone doing? Maybe we should do another challenge soon to spice things up. Everyone is so quiet lately...

That's great KStar!! I'm kind of at a stall right now...but I'm also not making the best choices. Time to buck up and be good again.

I really liked Dr. Hansen...but I haven't seen him since November since the nurses do all the fills. How are you doing with everything randa? Rebecca congrats on your upcomin surgery! Welceom kaylali!! I also had my surgery done by Dr. Hansen, but insurance covered it. There are quite a few people on the board (outside of Utah) who have been banded in Mexico. Just do a search for Mexico and you should find something. Good luck!!

It has been forever since I've been on! I need to be better about that. I miss all of my October bandsters! It sounds like everyone is doing pretty good. I'm doing well, but busy, which is why I haven't been on much. I'm down 37 pounds now...hoping to be down 50 by July 12 (my birthday!!). Mary: I'm SO happy to hear that you are doing well now.
