I have tried all the diets; Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, TOPS. You name it, I did it for the last 30 years. I am tired and I don't have the strength to do it again. I am scared to have this done but I can't continue carrying this weight anymore. I'm tired of being tired and in pain and not having any energy to do activities with my husband. I am hoping that this will help.
