Hello all my fellow Canadian bandsters!! Well I am doing great. Yes still south! It is not warm at my home yet so I am not going back!"!! Last time I weighed my self I was down to 164 lbs. I am able to eat more and enjoy my favorites. Not too many drinks cause then I can't eat or I PB. My mom was very stunned when she saw me. That was nice but she is going around now saying Lila lost blah blah blah while she's been in Mexico. I do have to go so I'll be in touch soon. But all IS well and thanks for thinking of me.

Oh I can eat them but if they come back up they are gross!! So is chocolate ice cream YUCK!! I am quite proud of my self. I just really needed to S L O W D O W N!! I can do it.

Hey mandy I have been doing well while my mom has been with me. She noticed I've lost 25 lbs since she's last seen me. She asked what I am doing. Walking! I say! I think it has been a good lesson for me to have my mom here cause I do not want to tell her so I am VERY careful of what my food choises are and stop as soon as I think it may come back and I have slowed down too!! It has been good. Some things I have realized I should not even try to eat potatoes any kind yuck! and ppcorn not good when bp'ed!! Other than that all is well in my world!

My mom arrives tomorrow (tues) and she does not know about my band. That is what she would not get. WOW Mandy 99 lbs. HOLY MOLY Awesome!!!!!!!

Hello!!! Well I have eaten. some days more than others. My mom is coming to stay with me, so I think I might just go for that unfil now. Cause she won't get "it". I am still having trouble with, the taking my time and chewing. Duh! It's not that hard is it?? But I still inhale or try to inhale my food. And then oops I did it again! Where's your ticker Mandy?? You are so small now you don't register????!!! I know only "I" think I am funny!

Cloe Take care of yourself I feel for you. I know I put my mom through lots of pain as a teen. She would say to me "what did I do wrong ? Why did you do that? Have I failed you?" And you know what it had NOTHING to do with her it was just ME trying to be me! My point is...it is NOT your fault.

Hey girls Happened to me too!! Usually if I have too much liquid during the day/night. I scared myself thinking I was going to choke in my sleep. eek That would have made the news! "Canadian Woman dies suspiciously in Mexico, authorities are stumped" So if I am gurgling at bed time I will sleep with my head on a few pillows. I missed the whole episode! Sorry Neenagh! Happy you are better! I never felt as bad as you were describing. Funny story -- I was at Walmart and since I don't have a scale with me (dam it) I was in the scale section and pulled out a scale to weigh my self. A man walks by and says to me "you're not supposed to do that til you get home" (from holidays) How desperate can I be?

Here I am!! I do not a computer where I am. I have to visit a cafe. And sometimes my kids are not very patient with me while I am reading all the things I am missing. I did not get a unfill cause the coordinator did not return my call, and so when I was in PV I did not have an appointment. I am able to eat a little. But I am begining to believe the reason I keep PBing is because I still can{t get it through my thick skull to eat slowly and take small bites. And then when I do eat I am so thirsty and I drink which make me PB. OK so I must work on teeny tiny bites and s l o w l y. I am doing better, PROMISE! Im even ate refried beans and sour cream, yum! The quesadilla didn't work as well! Thank you all for your concern. I really appreciate it!! Tacky souvenirs for everyone!! haha

I would rather eat yogurt and cottage cheese for two weeks than lettuce and celery!!!

I went to PV today but was unable to get the de-fill :think . I{ll be OK I just drink and I am fine (for some reason not alcohol:phanvan ) I bought some protein powder. Hope its good. Getting to the clinic will be a little more difficult than I thought. I have a 10cc band and I have 8.5cc's My last fill they gave me 1.5 cc's I know you will understand (i hope) my mentality when I say that I kinda don't want to get an un-fill cause I will be able to eat. It is so screwed up, the things that go through my head. "isn't this my ultimate dream--to NOT be ABLE to eat" I had always wished for it. Now I can barely eat and I am a little afraid of less restriction.. I think "if I could i'd being eating this and this and that, so its a good thing I can't at all" Anyway I feel fine. I make sure that if my pee is too stinky or little I drink more.

I am going to Puerta Vallarta on Jan 4 (just waiting for confirmation) It´ll cost me $200 us to have it done under fluro. I´ve probably saved more than $200 not eating and drinking so I guess it will balance out!! hahaha
