  2. lap banders getting called cheaters??what a joke!!!!like to see them go through what we have been through.the first time i went under the surgeon pulled out n didnt finish because she was worried about damaging my liver. The second time i went under she finally got the band in because i had lost 10kg.Now ive still got another 15 days of injections of heparin so i dont develop blood clots.Everyone knows how hard it is to start off with the band in the first few weeks and other people sit in judgement of us??who died n made them god???

Ive had to go on the optifast diet.I went under the knife the first time and my surgeon couldnt complete it because my liver was too big,Saying that my bmi was 52 and i do feel better in myself at the moment

Hi everyone i just wanted to let people know whats happened.Im 31 178cm and 169kg at my heaviest.I went to see my surgeon and everything seemed to go ok.Come surgery day i went into hospital and went under the knife, only to be woken up later and told that my surgeon couldnt finish my surgery.I was really upset over it but i went back a few weeks later to get another surgery date.I put myself on the optifast diet to lose weight and im hoping fingers crossed that ive lost enough weight to be able to get it done this time round.Im booked in for the 16th november and im really really hoping its going to go ok this time:thumbup:
