I've had the typical up and down of weight loss since I was a child. I have lost 30 to 40 lbs so many times through diet and excercise and gained it back that I became unmotivated to try again. This time I will try again, do it, and keep it off with the help of my Realize Band. I had it installed on July 7th, 2010-just a few days ago, and I am very excited to get started losing!
