Have been overweight all of my life.  Ready to make that change.  I had my children early so I could be a young Grandparent.  I want to be healthy andaround a longtime to enjoy each and every one.  I also was born with a type of Muscular Dystrophy called McArdle's Disease which is extremely rare.  I thinkI will be the first McArdle's patient to ever have bariatric surgery.  I will be having the lap band on Sept. 4th.
